This website is operated by Winchester Golf Academy Ltd, trading as Winchester Golf Academy ("we", "us", "our"), of Down Farm Lane, Headbourne Worthy, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 6RG.

By using this website, booking a lesson or bay, or purchasing a gift voucher or shop item through it, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, contact us at hello@winchestergolf.co.uk or call 01962 885254.

Our services

We provide golf lessons, Toptracer-equipped driving range bays, corporate and junior sessions, a pro shop, and gift vouchers covering these. Lesson and bay bookings are made through our online booking partner at yourgolfbooking.com, which has its own booking terms shown at the time of booking.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information in a few places on this site:

• Contact form (name, email, message) — sent via our form provider, Web3Forms, directly to our inbox. We don't store submissions in a separate database.
• Gift voucher orders — purchaser name and email, and, if supplied, a recipient name and gift message for each voucher. Used to issue and email the voucher, and to confirm, support or refund the order.
• Payment details — taken securely over the phone until online checkout opens, then handled entirely by our payment provider, Dojo, on their own secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
• Bookings — made through yourgolfbooking.com, who process your booking details under their own privacy policy.
• Site analytics — aggregated, anonymised visit statistics via Vercel Analytics, to understand how the site is used. This doesn't identify you personally.

We use this information to fulfil orders and bookings, respond to enquiries, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting purposes, and don't sell or share your data with anyone outside the processors named above.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@winchestergolf.co.uk.

Refund Policy

Gift vouchers

An unredeemed gift voucher may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To request this, email hello@winchestergolf.co.uk with your order reference.

Once any part of a voucher has been redeemed, the voucher is no longer eligible for a refund. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are tracked separately for lessons, Toptracer range credit and Pro Shop credit as applicable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lessons, bays and events

Bookings made through our online booking system are covered by the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

Shop purchases

If there's a problem with something you've bought from our pro shop, contact us at hello@winchestergolf.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
