We start from age 5 with soft equipment and finish at 16. There's no athletic prerequisite. We'll meet your child where they are.

No. We provide age-appropriate clubs for every session. If they decide to continue, our coaches will help you choose the right set.

Every coach is enhanced-DBS checked and safeguarding trained. The junior zone is separated from adult bays, and parents can watch from the lounge.

Junior lessons are £25 for a half hour lesson with activator coach Andrew Reid.

Absolutely. The lounge looks straight into the bays. Coffee, wifi and a quiet corner if you want to work.
